Building facts
Declared use, floors, construction year, floor area, dwellings and the cadastral number or building code, from national building and land registers and official statistics.

Shape and height
Footprint, outline, height and volume, from building registers, open map data and aerial data. Each height says whether it was measured or estimated.

Solar panels
A baseray model reads dated aerial photos of each roof: detected, none seen or unclear, with the photo’s date. Official registers of connected installations outrank the photo where they name the building’s address.

Companies at the address
From public company registers and public tax records: in Romania the trade register and public fiscal records, in Czechia the public registers of economic subjects. Linked only when the registered office is the building’s exact official address, never as ownership.

Hazards
Zones of official flood hazard maps and official lists of buildings assessed for seismic risk. Where no map or list names a building, that says nothing of its risk.
How each fact is checked. Every value says what stands behind it and when it was read.

Measured, stated or estimated
Measured on the building itself, stated by a register for that building, or estimated by a model. Estimates carry a tilde, so one never passes for a measurement.

Unknown stays unknown
Where no record holds a fact, the record says so instead of filling it in, and a missing entry is never shown as a “no”.

Addresses graded
An address is corroborated when an independent record gives the same house number, single-source when only one record gives it, and conflicting when another record gives a different one.

Dated
Each solar check carries its photo’s date, each register entry the latest month the register reports. The data is refreshed whenever the national data behind it is updated.
