Cookie Notice

This notice lists every cookie and every entry in browser storage that baseray.ai and the baseray app (app.baseray.ai) use, what each is for and how long it stays. Our privacy policy explains how we handle the personal data involved.
1. Why there is no cookie banner
We use only cookies and browser storage that are strictly necessary for the service you asked for, or that remember a choice you made, such as your language. The law does not require consent for these (Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, implemented in Romania by Law No. 506/2004 and in Czechia by Act No. 127/2005 Coll.). We use no advertising cookies, no ad pixels and no cross-site tracking. Our analytics stores nothing on your device. If we ever add something that needs your consent, we will ask before it is set and update this notice.
2. baseray.ai
baseray.ai sets no cookies.

Analytics on baseray.ai runs in PostHog’s cookieless mode: nothing is stored in your browser, and PostHog tells visits apart on its servers with a hash of your IP address and browser that changes every day.
3. The baseray app
The app runs at app.baseray.ai. All of its cookies belong to that address only; none are shared with other sites.

Signing out ends your session but does not clear local storage. You can clear it in your browser’s settings.
Analytics in the app keeps its identifier in memory only, so it stores nothing on your device.
4. Content from other services
- Map. The app’s map loads its images from the tile server of the map style you choose. The 3D view, address suggestions and address lookup come from Google Maps Platform. These services receive your IP address and, for searches, the text you type, under their own policies. Our sub-processors page lists them.
- Payments. Checkout and the billing portal open on Stripe’s own pages (checkout.stripe.com, billing.stripe.com). Stripe sets its own cookies there, for example to prevent fraud, under Stripe’s cookie policy. We do not load Stripe’s scripts in the app.
5. Managing cookies
You can delete cookies and browser storage at any time in your browser’s settings. If you delete the session or remember-me cookie, you are signed out. If you block cookies for app.baseray.ai, you cannot sign in.
