What a credit buys. One building, in full, once a year.
Paid once for 12 months
A building your workspace has paid for stays open. Opening it again or exporting it in another list is free for 12 months.
Browsing stays free
The map, the filters, the counts and the 3D view never use credits, so you can size a territory before you spend anything.
Insurers and whole-country licences. Enrich a portfolio or license a country as a yearly file or through the API, with a service agreement.

What happens to unused credits?
- Monthly credits renew each billing month and do not carry over. On yearly billing every credit of the year arrives on the first day, so you can spend them in the months you prospect.
What if I run out of credits?
- On Growth and Pro you can buy a top-up at your plan’s rate per building. On Free and Starter, move to the next plan from the billing page.
Are Romania and Czechia priced separately?
- No. Every plan covers both countries, and a credit costs the same in each.
Do prices include VAT?
- No. VAT is added at checkout where it applies, and every invoice is in your billing page.
Can I cancel?
- Yes, from the billing page in the app. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
How do insurers buy baseray?
- With an annual licence per country, delivered as a file or through the API. Talk to us and we price it on the countries and the size of the portfolio.
