Size the heat pump before the visit.

Each building gets a heat card from its footprint, height, volume and category and the local climate: yearly heating demand, peak heat load and heat-pump electricity.

A heat card for every building. Built from what the record already holds.

The three figures

Yearly heating demand, peak heat load and the electricity a heat pump would use, for each building.

The local climate

Coldest and hottest days, frost days and the local design temperature at the building.

From the building's own shape

Footprint, height and gross volume from the building's outline, each estimate marked as one.

From a street to a sized job. Three steps.

  1. 01

    Find the buildings

Filter your area by use, size and age.

  2. 02

    Read the heat card

Open a building for its heating demand, peak load and heat-pump electricity.

  3. 03

    Plan the visit

Add the buildings to a lead list with the company registered at each address.

Heat card. What it does, and what it does not do yet.

Is the heat card an energy certificate?

No. It is an estimate from the building's geometry and the local climate, made to size a job before the visit, not a certified assessment.

Does every building have one?

Every building with a known footprint and height gets one. Where an input is estimated, the card says so.
